MAINTAINANCE
 
Ordinary Service / Maintenance Contract
 
  1. Royal Service will regularly examine, lubricate and clean the machine, motor, controller,     bearing, guides and if required make minor adjustments to ensure smooth and safe operation of     the Elevator
  2. Royal Service will provide emergency break down service apart from monthly routine checkup
  3. Break Down service will not be given on sundays and holidays
  4. Royal will not make any replacement of parts or equipments
  5. All the repair work will be undertaken only after The Customer approves Royal's estimate
  6. Royal charges extra for material replaced and the labour cost for the same
 
Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contract
 
  1. Royal service will regularly examine, lubricate and clean the machine, motor, controller, bearing, guides and if required make minor adjustments to ensure smooth and safe operation of  the elevator
  2. Royal service will provide emergency break down service apart from monthly routine checkup
  3. Break Down service will be given on sundays and holidays also, subject to availability of manpower
  4. Royal at its option, replace or repair any parts details as follows, which in its opinion are defective:- Controller Parts, Thrust Housing, Brake Magnet, Brake Core, Carbon Brushes, Motor Oil Seal, Relays, Contractors, Contacts, Resistance, Elements, Rectifier, Transformer, Phase Failure, Relay, Speed Governor, Terminal Switches, Limit Switch, Gate Locks, Guide Shoe Liners, Indicator Bulbs, Electronic Cards, PCB, Overload Relay, Timing Devices, Hall Button Box Parts, Final Limit Switches, Relay Coil, Retiring Cam, Coil, Car Gate Switches, Brake Liners and other electrical & Mechanical Parts
  5. The contract includes to provide necessary lubricants to Royal's stringent specifications and  cleaning material as well as to examine periodically all the safety devices, speed governor and  make all customary safety tests
  6. Royal will furnish all the parts listed above on an exchange basis under which replaced parts becomes the property of Royal
  7. Royal will not make any replacement of parts or equipment for any cause or reason beyond its control except normal wear and tear
 
MODERNISATION
 
Despite all the services and safety checks, your lift could still break down due to wear & tear, obsolesce, changing use and or aesthetic needs may mean that despite regular car, improvements are called for Royal Modernisation Department will be able to advice on both technical upgrading or improving the appearance of the lift at anytime. Our control system can usually be incorporated in most types of existing lifts, whether our make or not. This will improve traffic handling and reduce waiting time, thereby greatly improving efficiency. Lift moderinsation is an ideal opportunity to change the drive & control system to reduce the electricity consumption of the lift.
 
New finishes available can also make the lift car and entrances more attractive. Such updating can enhance the value of the building and the potential rental income, or just to improve the environment ambience & image of your building or business.
